Directing · Editing · Motion Graphics · Sound Design · Colour Grading

My final project owned start to finish — a ~3-minute YouTube episode answering expats' most common questions about Singapore's property market. I directed the shoot, guiding the agent through questions and helping her stay comfortable on camera, then edited the full video — including motion graphics, sound, and colour grading. After 5-7 rounds of feedback from multiple stakeholders and a re-edit to correct some inaccurate information, the video was approved and published.

National Day Post

Concept · Photography · Illustration · Design · Copywriting

This National Day campaign was the one project during my internship that I owned completely from start to finish — from the initial concept to the final post. I pitched the idea of exploring what "home" means through the lens of everyday Singaporean life, using HDB architecture and National Day flags as a familiar, nostalgic backdrop.

To bring it to life, I combined photography with illustration — heading out to shoot HDB flats decorated with flags, then hand-drawing vector characters to insert into the scenes, giving the piece a warm, personal touch that pure photography alone couldn't capture. I carried the same concept through a second slide, tying it back to OrangeTee's brand message of helping people "find their place," paired with illustrated characters representing the team.

Beyond the visuals, I also wrote the caption and saw the project through internal approval before it went live. Having full ownership of a project — from ideation to posting — was a milestone in my internship, and this piece remains one I'm proudest of for how personal and hands-on the process was.

Will Planning

Research · Copywriting · Design · Caption Writing

This carousel tackled a topic I initially had little knowledge of — will planning and property co-ownership in Singapore. When I reached out to the Research department, I was redirected to Legal instead, since the content fell under estate planning rather than market research. That meant piecing together an accurate, easy-to-understand explanation from multiple sources myself — covering the difference between Joint Tenancy and Tenancy-in-Common, how Singapore's Intestate Succession Act applies without a will, and why having a will matters.

After drafting the copy, I designed the carousel myself, with guidance from my senior graphic designer on layout and visual clarity for content this text-heavy. Once the content and design were approved, I wrote the caption and published the post.

This project pushed me to independently research unfamiliar legal territory, simplify complex information without sacrificing accuracy, and take on design ownership for the first time on a topic-heavy post — a step up from purely execution-based design tasks.

Design · Fact-Checking · Cross-Department Liaison · Publishing

GLS posts were some of the most time-sensitive and fact-critical tasks I handled during my internship. The moment a GLS assignment came in, it took priority over everything else on my plate — tender results had to be designed and published within 2-3 hours of the information being released.

Because accuracy was non-negotiable, I worked closely with the Research department to verify every figure before it went out — tendered prices, PSF rates, developer names — ensuring nothing in the visual or caption was misreported. Once approved, I posted the content across OrangeTee's social media platforms.

This project taught me how to work quickly without compromising accuracy, and how to communicate efficiently across departments under time pressure — a very different pace from more creative, exploratory design work.

Premium BTO Content

Copywriting · Research · Content Direction · Caption Writing

This carousel was based on an article by OrangeTee's Head of Research, Christine Sun, published in The Straits Times, on how premium BTOs are increasingly adopting condo-like facilities. After reading through the article, I distilled the key points into a clear, digestible copy — comparing the evolving features of premium BTOs against the long-standing advantages of condo living — before getting it approved by the Research department for accuracy.

Once the copy was finalised, I handed it over to my graphic designer to bring the visuals to life. I reviewed her drafts and gave feedback to ensure the design matched the tone and structure of the copy, then wrote the caption and published the carousel across OrangeTee's platforms.

This project sharpened my ability to translate dense, research-heavy content into copy that's clear and engaging for a general audience, while working collaboratively with both the Research and Design teams to bring it to life.
